Key Responsibilities- Perform routine and preventative inspections on all mechanical equipment involved in the beverage production and packaging process.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot complex mechanical failures swiftly to minimize production downtime.
- Execute precise parts replacement, component overhauls, and general equipment repairs independently.
- Ensure all production line machinery operates in strict compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
- Maintain comprehensive logs of maintenance activities, repairs, and spare parts inventory.
- Collaborate with production teams to optimize machinery performance and extend equipment lifespan.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant hands-on work experience in mechanical maintenance, preferably within a fast-moving consumer goods or beverage production environment.
- Solid understanding of mechanical structures, manufacturing standards, and equipment safety protocols.
- Proven ability to independently carry out complex troubleshooting, inspections, and repairs.
- Possession of relevant technical certifications, Ordinary National Diploma (OND), or Higher National Diploma (HND) in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline.
