We are currently seeking a proactive and skilled Maintenance Officer to ensure the seamless operation, maintenance, and repair of our company's facilities and equipment. The ideal candidate will be hands-on, detail-oriented, and deeply committed to fostering a safe, highly functional, and efficient operational environment across our facilities.
Key Responsibilities- Perform routine scheduled maintenance of company facilities, utilities, and operational equipment.
- Diagnose and promptly repair electrical, plumbing, and mechanical faults to minimize downtime.
- Conduct regular facility inspections and execute comprehensive preventive maintenance programs.
- Respond swiftly to urgent maintenance requests from various departments within the company.
- Maintain accurate maintenance logs, service records, and prepare periodic activity reports.
- Ensure strict compliance with national health, safety, and environmental standards.
- Liaise effectively with external technicians, contractors, and vendors when specialized repairs are required.
- Minimum of OND, HND, or an equivalent qualification in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field.
- At least 1 year of relevant hands-on maintenance experience within a structured corporate or industrial environment.
- Possession of a solid foundational knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems.
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and practical problem-solving capabilities.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal supervision and effectively collaborate within a multidisciplinary team.
