About the Role
Heritage Energy Operational Services Limited (HEOSL), operator of the OML 30 asset in the Niger Delta, is looking for a dedicated Maintenance Intervention Superintendent (MIT) to join our dynamic team. Established in 2016 as an affiliate of Heritage Oil Limited, we focus on sustainable energy production and creating lasting value for all stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate daily maintenance activities, monitor personnel, and manage resources efficiently to ensure strict budget compliance and cost control.
- Support Area A, B, and UPS superintendents with major repairs, overhauls, and maintenance of the OML 30 equipment fleet to minimize downtime.
- Organize, set up, and coordinate operations within the main workshop currently under construction.
- Ensure static and rotating equipment operate in strict accordance with Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) recommendations.
- Recommend process and equipment modifications to drive production optimization and evaluate Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for all MIT personnel.
- Facilitate Kick-Off Meetings (KOM) with projects and third-party vendors to guarantee compliance with technical standards.
- HND, B.Sc., or B.Eng. degree in Engineering or a related discipline.
- Relevant professional engineering certifications will be an added advantage.
- Minimum of 10 years of hands-on maintenance experience within the oil and gas sector.
- Proficiency in Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
