About the Role
Petro-Tracking Services Limited, an ISO 9001:2008 Certified leader in nondestructive testing, material testing, and industrial inspection in Nigeria, is seeking a dedicated Maintenance Foreman and Plumber. In this role, you will be responsible for supervising facility maintenance operations and ensuring the optimal functioning of all plumbing and utility systems across our ultramodern testing laboratories and facilities. We are looking for a hands-on professional who can lead technical teams, troubleshoot complex plumbing issues, and maintain high standards of safety and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise, coordinate, and evaluate the daily activities of maintenance staff and plumbing technicians.
- Install, maintain, and repair commercial plumbing systems, water lines, drainage, and fixtures in industrial facilities.
- Conduct routine inspections of facility infrastructure to identify maintenance needs and prevent equipment failures.
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules for all plumbing and utility systems.
- Ensure all maintenance and plumbing tasks comply with industry safety standards and local regulatory codes.
- Manage inventory of plumbing supplies, spare parts, and maintenance tools, coordinating purchases as needed.
- Collaborate with other technical departments to support facility expansion and infrastructural upgrades.
- Possession of an SSCE, OND, HND, or Bachelor's Degree in a relevant technical field.
- Proven professional experience as a Maintenance Foreman, Plumber, or in a similar facility management role.
- Strong knowledge of industrial plumbing codes, water systems, and general building maintenance practices.
- Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
