Key Responsibilities- Perform routine and breakdown maintenance on industrial gas engines and associated power plant equipment.
- Diagnose mechanical faults, execute timely repairs, and conduct preventive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime.
- Monitor engine performance parameters, analyze operational data, and implement efficiency improvements.
- Supervise technical support staff and contractors during overhaul and installation projects.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety standards, environmental regulations, and company operating procedures.
- Maintain comprehensive maintenance logs, spare parts inventory, and engineering reports.
- Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- Minimum of 2 years of hands-on power plant experience specifically working with gas engines.
- Demonstrated expertise in mechanical engineering, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance methodologies.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and effective communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, industrial manufacturing environment in Lagos, Nigeria.
