About the Role
Amaiden Energy Nigeria Limited is a premier provider of technical staffing and support services to the Nigerian oil and gas industry. We are currently seeking a dynamic and results-driven Maintenance Coordinator to join our expert team. In this pivotal role, you will manage daily maintenance coordination, schedule reviews, and work pack readiness to ensure optimal asset reliability and operational excellence during critical plant commissioning and startup phases.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate daily maintenance activities across mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, and multidisciplinary teams during commissioning and startup.
- Act as the primary interface between contractors, operations, and maintenance for planned and emergent activities.
- Monitor daily work execution, identify constraints, and initiate timely corrective or recovery actions.
- Manage resource leveling, tools, equipment, specialized services, and contractor allocation for seamless workflow.
- Verify that completed work is accurately documented, including work-order feedback, equipment history, and inspection records.
- Promote strict compliance with site Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) standards and support root-cause investigations for equipment failures.
- HND or Bachelor Degree in Engineering or a related science discipline.
- Minimum of 7 to 10 years of plant maintenance experience in the oil and gas sector, with at least 5 years in a supervisory or coordination role.
- Demonstrated proficiency in SAP S/4HANA Plant Maintenance (PM) module and CMMS environments.
- Strong working knowledge of P&IDs, engineering drawings, and industry codes.
- Comprehensive understanding of maintenance support services including scaffolding, heavy lifting, HVAC, and specialized workshops.
