Key Responsibilities- Operate production machinery in strict adherence to standard operating procedures to guarantee efficient and accurate manufacturing processes.
- Develop, implement, and monitor preventive and corrective maintenance schedules to ensure optimal machine performance and prevent unexpected factory downtime.
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and promptly repair minor mechanical issues on equipment to maintain a continuous and uninterrupted production flow.
- Maintain comprehensive logs of maintenance activities, including repairs, part replacements, and routine inspections to support informed operational decisions.
- Document daily production activities accurately, tracking material consumption, wastage, machine output, and operational challenges for supervisory reporting.
- Possession of an Ordinary National Diploma (OND) in Engineering or a related technical discipline.
- 1 to 3 years of hands-on experience as a machine operator or in a similar manufacturing maintenance role.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving abilities for diagnosing and resolving equipment faults.
- Good understanding of safety protocols and standard operating procedures in a factory environment.
