We are currently recruiting a diligent and safety-conscious Machine Operator to join our dynamic manufacturing environment in Agbara, Ogun State. Key Responsibilities- Operate industrial production machinery safely and efficiently in strict accordance with standard operating procedures.
- Monitor live machine performance continuously to ensure output and quality targets are met consistently.
- Conduct routine operational checks, preventative cleaning, and basic maintenance on assigned equipment.
- Identify, troubleshoot, and promptly report mechanical faults, abnormalities, or unexpected breakdowns.
- Ensure strict adherence to all health, safety, and quality control guidelines within the workspace.
- Maintain accurate daily production logs and uphold excellent housekeeping standards around workstations.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors to achieve shift production goals.
- Commit to working flexible rotating shifts, including weekends and Sunday overtime as required.
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant hands-on experience operating machines in a manufacturing, food-processing, or agricultural-processing environment.
- Proven capability to handle industrial production equipment safely and efficiently under pressure.
- Basic technical knowledge of machine troubleshooting, cleaning, and routine operational checks.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a strong commitment to maintaining high production standards.
- Excellent teamwork, discipline, punctuality, and a strong willingness to learn.
- Candidates with formal mechanical or technical skills will have a distinct added advantage.
- Must reside in Agbara, Ogun State, or immediate surrounding environs for seamless shift attendance.
