About the Role

We are currently looking for a skilled Machine Learning Engineer to enhance and train the robust AI systems already powering our diverse portfolio of products. Rather than building from scratch, your primary mission will be taking our existing models from good to exceptional, ensuring they solve real-world business challenges efficiently at scale.
Key Responsibilities- Improve, retrain, and fine-tune existing machine learning models and AI systems to enhance overall performance and accuracy.
- Handle comprehensive data preprocessing pipelines, ensuring high data quality for optimal model training.
- Perform advanced model optimization to reduce latency and resource consumption in production environments.
- Implement continuous monitoring frameworks to track live model performance, detect drift, and initiate automated retraining.
- Collaborate closely with product and engineering teams to integrate refined AI capabilities seamlessly.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related technical field.
- Proven professional experience as a Machine Learning Engineer focusing on model fine-tuning and optimization.
- Strong proficiency in Python and standard ML libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-Learn, and Hugging Face.
- Solid understanding of data preprocessing techniques, feature engineering, and MLOps best practices.
- Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot live models and deploy scalable AI solutions in production.
