This initiative is designed to discover, train, and develop the next generation of sales leaders within the fast-moving consumer goods industry in Nigeria.
Key Responsibilities- Support the sales and distribution team in achieving regional sales targets and expanding market share.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, wholesalers, and retail partners.
- Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, consumer preferences, and competitor activities.
- Assist in organizing and executing promotional events and brand activation campaigns for Lush Hair.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports and performance analytics for management review.
- Minimum of a Second Class Upper (2:1) Bachelor's degree from a recognized tertiary institution.
- Must be between 21 and 27 years of age by October 2026.
- Completed the mandatory National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) discharge or exemption certificate.
- Zero to two (0-2) years of professional work experience.
- Must currently reside in Lagos or demonstrate willingness to relocate for the role.
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills with a passion for sales.
