Key Responsibilities- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and interactive lessons tailored to the lower primary curriculum.
- Maintain a positive, inclusive, and well-managed classroom environment conducive to effective learning.
- Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback and individualized support.
- Collaborate with colleagues and school leadership to enhance teaching strategies and school events.
- Maintain open and professional communication with parents regarding student development and well-being.
- Instill strong moral values and support the holistic character development of every child.
- Minimum of a NCE, B.Ed, or relevant degree in Education or a related field.
- Proven experience teaching in a lower primary school setting within Nigeria.
- Strong subject knowledge across core primary school subjects.
- Exceptional classroom management and organizational skills.
- Outstanding ability to inspire, motivate, and actively engage young learners.
