Key Responsibilities- Coordinate and monitor supply chain operations, including shipping, receiving, and inventory control.
- Liaise with suppliers, freight forwarders, and internal departments to ensure timely delivery of goods and materials.
- Maintain accurate logistics records, documentation, and reports to track shipment statuses and performance metrics.
- Identify opportunities to reduce transportation costs and streamline warehouse and distribution processes.
- Resolve any transit issues, delays, or discrepancies swiftly and professionally to maintain high service standards.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and relevant Nigerian regulatory frameworks.
- Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) or Higher National Diploma (HND) in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- Proven professional experience of 2 to 4 years working within a logistics, procurement, or supply chain environment.
- Strong proficiency in supply chain management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Exceptional problem-solving, negotiation, and interpersonal communication skills.
