About the Role
Dreampod Place is a dynamic, community-driven co-workspace and vibrant café located in Nigeria, dedicated to boosting productivity for remote workers, entrepreneurs, and creative professionals while serving delicious meals and beverages to our members and the local neighborhood. We are currently seeking an energetic and organized Logistics Officer to ensure the smooth daily flow of inventory and supplies within our facility. In this role, you will play a crucial part in maintaining our high standards of service by keeping our production kitchen and front-of-house fully stocked and running efficiently. Key Responsibilities- Run the daily dispatch schedule to ensure timely delivery of items.
- Move food and stock securely between the store, production kitchen, and the front-of-house.
- Verify that all inventory arrives on time, in pristine condition, and fully counted.
- Process and transport stock strictly against approved requisitions.
- Count and sign dispatch lists at both origin and destination points.
- Promptly report any shortages, damages, or spoilage to management.
- Assist with heavy lifting and physical stocking duties on high-volume days.
- Minimum of a Senior Secondary School Certificate (SSCE) or relevant vocational training.
- Proven experience in logistics, stock handling, inventory management, or supply chain support.
- Strong physical stamina with the ability to handle heavy lifting and active daily tasks.
- Exceptional organizational skills and strict attention to detail for accurate counting.
- Basic numeracy skills and the ability to maintain clear dispatch records.
- Reliable, punctual, and possessing a proactive, problem-solving attitude.
- Good communication skills to collaborate effectively with kitchen and café staff.
