Key Responsibilities- Coordinate day-to-day logistics, transportation, and delivery schedules for equipment, personnel, and materials.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all inventory, shipments, and dispatch operations.
- Ensure full adherence to safety regulations and compliance standards across all logistical procedures.
- Liaise with external vendors, transport providers, and internal departments to resolve supply chain bottlenecks promptly.
- Monitor fuel consumption, vehicle maintenance schedules, and general asset management to optimize operational costs.
- Strong organisational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks in a high-pressure media environment.
- Proven record-keeping abilities with meticulous attention to detail.
- Demonstrated safety and compliance awareness regarding transport and workplace regulations.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills for seamless collaboration with diverse teams.
- Relevant certification or degree in logistics, supply chain management, business administration, or a related field.
