About the Role
Fisem Integrated Services is a leading veterinary services and pharmaceutical organization committed to delivering innovative solutions in veterinary pharmaceutical production and laboratory diagnostics. We are currently seeking a dynamic and results-driven Logistics Officer to join our growing team in Ibadan. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring the seamless distribution of our veterinary products and agricultural materials, directly supporting our mission to provide top-tier services to our clients across the livestock and farming sectors.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate the movement and timely delivery of veterinary products, pharmaceuticals, and agricultural materials.
- Prepare, update, and maintain accurate logistics, dispatch, and delivery records.
- Collaborate closely with warehouse, sales, and production departments to streamline product dispatches.
- Liaise professionally with drivers, transporters, external suppliers, and valued customers.
- Track active deliveries and promptly report any transit delays, damages, or inventory discrepancies.
- Support efficient, safe, and cost-effective transportation operations aligned with company standards.
- Bachelor's degree or HND in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Transport Management, or a related discipline.
- 1 to 3 years of relevant post-NYSC experience in logistics, supply chain, transportation, or distribution.
- Must possess a valid driver's license and have hands-on experience driving buses and medium-range heavy-duty vehicles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, particularly Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Demonstrated organizational, verbal communication, and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail.
- Must be willing to relocate to or currently reside in Ibadan.
- Prior experience in the pharmaceutical, veterinary, agricultural, or manufacturing sector is an added advantage.
