About the Role
Laboria Limited was incorporated by the Corporate Affairs Commission in August 2024 through the merger of two leading companies in the in-vitro diagnostics (IVD) industry, Ikons Biomed and LabEngines. Combining decades of combined expertise, we have established a dynamic powerhouse dedicated to advancing healthcare solutions across Nigeria. We are currently seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Logistics Intern to support our daily operational workflows, facilitate seamless supply chain coordination, and ensure the efficient movement of essential medical materials.
Key Responsibilities- Assist with the movement, handling, and real-time tracking of goods, deliveries, and inventory stock
- Coordinate routine pickups, dispatch logistics, and follow-ups with external vendors, courier services, and drivers
- Support comprehensive documentation, filing, and maintenance of accurate logistics records
- Monitor delivery schedules and transit timelines to guarantee prompt and timely execution of operational tasks
- Help facilitate procurement processes, routine stock checks, and related warehouse activities
- Must be a male graduate or an active NYSC member (with service completed or near completion)
- Possess a minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related fields
- Demonstrate strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Word and Excel
- Highly detail-oriented, dependable, trustworthy, and proactive with a strong willingness to learn
