About the Role
PalmPay is expanding its financial services ecosystem and looking for a dynamic and results-driven Loan Sales Officer to join our team in Rivers. In this role, you will play a crucial part in driving our financial inclusion mission by connecting individuals and businesses with accessible digital credit solutions. Key Responsibilities- Identify and acquire new loan customers through targeted field marketing and strategic referrals.
- Promote and sell PalmPay's innovative loan products to diverse individuals and business owners.
- Conduct preliminary credit assessments and ensure accurate documentation for all loan applications.
- Follow up proactively on loan disbursements and monitor repayment schedules.
- Maintain comprehensive and accurate records of all client interactions and financial transactions.
- Ensure strict compliance with internal credit policies, guidelines, and regulatory procedures.
- Consistently meet and exceed assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Build, nurture, and maintain strong professional relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and brand loyalty.
- Minimum of OND, HND, or B.Sc in any relevant discipline.
- Proven professional experience in sales, preferably within the banking, fintech, or microfinance sector.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Highly target-driven with an aggressive passion for sales and business growth.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently in the field as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Extensive knowledge of the local market, economy, and business environment in Rivers State.
- Basic proficiency in credit analysis and customer relationship management.
