About the Role
LEAM Consulting Limited, a foremost professional consulting firm with a proven track record of delivering excellent services to individuals and corporate organizations, is seeking a diligent and results-driven Loan Disbursement and Collection Officer. In this role, you will facilitate seamless lending operations for our clients by rigorously assessing financial statuses, processing necessary paperwork, and maintaining healthy loan portfolios.
Key Responsibilities- Review and evaluate loan applications by thoroughly assessing clients financial status, credit history, and repayment capacity.
- Analyze associated financial risks to approve or reject loan requests in alignment with company guidelines.
- Contact clients proactively to gather required financial data, documentation, and verification details.
- Follow up with existing clients regarding loan renewals and monitor the ongoing progress of active loan requirements.
- Ensure all loan applications and disbursement processes strictly adhere to internal credit policies as well as relevant legal and regulatory requirements.
- Minimum of an SSCE qualification, with relevant certifications or tertiary education considered an added advantage.
- Proven professional work experience as a Credit Officer, Loan Officer, or in a similar financial services role.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical mindset with high attention to detail regarding financial data and risk assessment.
