About the Role
African Natural Resources & Mines Limited (ANRML), part of African Industries Group, is seeking a dedicated and organized Loading Supervisor to join our growing operations in Kaduna State. In this role, you will oversee and coordinate daily loading activities, ensuring that all materials are handled safely, accurately, and efficiently to support our backward integration steel production goals.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and coordinate daily loading activities and manage loading personnel.
- Ensure trucks and vehicles are loaded safely and in accordance with approved procedures.
- Verify product quantities, specifications, and loading instructions before dispatch.
- Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, transport, and security teams for smooth operations.
- Monitor loading schedules to ensure timely vehicle dispatch.
- Enforce company Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) policies during all operations.
- Maintain accurate loading records, checklists, and dispatch documentation.
- Train, guide, and monitor the productivity and attendance of loading staff.
- OND, HND, or Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Transport Management, Operations Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in loading, warehouse, logistics, dispatch, or fleet operations.
- Demonstrated previous supervisory experience.
- Strong knowledge of loading, dispatch, warehouse, and inventory procedures.
- Good understanding of workplace health and safety practices with relevant HSE certifications as an added advantage.
