About the Role
Baykins Pharmaceutical Company is a dynamic organization unifying healthcare, precision diagnostics, pharmacy essentials, and world-class professional training to help individuals live and lead better. We are currently seeking a reliable, hardworking, and responsible Loader / Inventory Assistant to support our daily warehouse and inventory operations while maintaining a clean and organized workplace environment in Lagos.
Key Responsibilities- Safely load and unload goods, pharmaceutical products, and supplies.
- Assist with moving, organizing, and arranging stock properly within designated warehouse storage areas.
- Support routine inventory counting, stock-taking activities, and stock reconciliation.
- Assist with the accurate receiving and dispatching of goods.
- Perform general warehouse duties and heavy lifting tasks as assigned by management.
- Maintain optimal cleanliness, hygiene, and orderliness of the warehouse and surrounding work areas.
- Perform basic facility cleaning duties as required to ensure a safe working environment.
- Strictly adhere to all company safety guidelines, healthcare storage standards, and operational procedures.
- Minimum of an SSCE qualification or equivalent academic background.
- Previous working experience as a loader, store assistant, inventory assistant, warehouse assistant, or cleaner is a distinct advantage.
- Must be physically fit and capable of handling manual labor, heavy lifting, and the movement of goods.
- Demonstrated traits of being hardworking, punctual, trustworthy, and highly reliable.
- Strong ability to follow instructions carefully and work collaboratively within a diverse team.
- Positive attitude, excellent interpersonal skills, and a strong willingness to learn and grow.
- Strict Location Requirement: Applicants must reside within or very close to the Lekki axis in Lagos, as proximity is mandatory for this role.
