We are currently seeking a passionate and knowledgeable Livestock and Animal Husbandry Teacher to join our dynamic faculty and deliver engaging lessons that bridge agricultural theory with practical skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and structured lessons on livestock and animal husbandry to secondary school students.
  • Supervise practical agricultural activities, including farm management, animal care, and feeding routines.
  • Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback and maintaining accurate academic records.
  • Create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment both in the classroom and on the school farm.
  • Participate in school co-curricular activities, science fairs, and agricultural club mentorship programs.
  • Collaborate with fellow educators and school management to enhance the overall science and agriculture curriculum.
Qualifications
  • Possession of a recognized teaching qualification such as NCE, B.Ed, B.Sc. in Agriculture, Animal Science, or a related field.
  • Professional certifications such as a Professional Diploma in Education (PDE) or Teachers Registration Council of Nigeria (TRCN) license are significant advantages.
  • Previous teaching experience in a structured school environment is highly preferred.
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and classroom management skills.
  • Demonstrated passion for youth development and practical agricultural education.
