About the Role
RealNov8 Estates is a leading property development, estate management, and real estate marketing firm based in Port Harcourt, Rivers State, Nigeria. Operating under our parent conglomerate, RealNov8 Group, we specialize in delivering exceptional luxury and affordable residential housing as well as seamless land acquisition options. We are currently seeking a dependable, professional, and discreet Live-in Driver to join our growing team and support our daily logistics and executive transportation needs.
Key Responsibilities- Safely transport company executives, staff, and authorized guests to various destinations within and outside Port Harcourt.
- Maintain assigned company vehicles in a clean, pristine, and roadworthy condition at all times.
- Perform routine vehicle checks, including monitoring fuel, oil, tire pressure, water levels, and general mechanical functions.
- Promptly report any faults, damages, or required servicing to management.
- Plan efficient travel routes while staying updated on local traffic patterns and road conditions.
- Run official errands, deliver documents, and handle logistics tasks as assigned by management.
- Adhere strictly to Nigerian traffic laws, safety protocols, and company driving policies.
- Minimum of SSCE or equivalent educational qualification.
- Valid professional driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Proven working experience as a professional driver, preferably in a corporate environment.
- Deep and reliable knowledge of Port Harcourt roads and surrounding areas in Rivers State.
- Excellent defensive driving skills and high situational awareness.
- Punctual, trustworthy, discreet, and of good moral character.
- Ability to reside within the provided company accommodation.
