Key Responsibilities- Provide dedicated, around-the-clock live-in care and personal assistance to assigned patients in a respectful and empathetic manner.
- Assist patients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and personal hygiene.
- Monitor and record vital signs, administer medications on schedule, and report any changes in patient health to the medical team.
- Prepare nutritious meals tailored to specific dietary requirements and assist with feeding where necessary.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable living environment for the patient at all times.
- Provide meaningful companionship, engage patients in therapeutic activities, and offer emotional support.
- Must possess relevant healthcare, nursing assistant, or caregiving certifications and qualifications.
- Minimum of 1 to 3 years of practical experience working as a caregiver, live-in carer, or in a similar healthcare support role.
- Demonstrated ability to show empathy, patience, and sound judgment in high-pressure or medical situations.
- Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Residing in or having close proximity to Surulere, Lagos, will be considered an added advantage.
