Key Responsibilities- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging literature lessons aligned with the college's advanced-level curriculum.
- Encourage critical analysis and vibrant discussions around set literary texts, poetry, and prose.
- Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback and targeted support to ensure academic success.
- Create an inclusive, stimulating, and respectful classroom environment that fosters a love for reading and writing.
- Participate in departmental meetings, school events, and professional development workshops.
- Collaborate with colleagues to integrate ICT literacy and cross-curricular themes into humanities lessons.
- Bachelor of Science (B.Sc), Bachelor of Arts (B.A), or Master of Science (M.Sc) in Literature, English, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 to 3 years of proven teaching experience in a reputable secondary or advanced-level educational institution.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a strong command of the English language.
