Valdymas College (Valdymas College of Advanced Studies and Digital Transformation) is a premier educational institution headquartered in Ilorin, Kwara State, Nigeria. We are currently looking for a passionate and qualified Literature, Government, and CRS Teacher to join our esteemed faculty and inspire academic excellence among our scholars.
Key Responsibilities- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons in Literature-in-English, Government, and Christian Religious Studies (CRS) in alignment with approved curricula.
- Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback and organizing remedial sessions where necessary.
- Foster a disciplined, inclusive, and intellectually stimulating classroom environment conducive to effective learning.
- Prepare students comprehensively for internal examinations as well as crucial external assessments like WAEC and NECO.
- Participate actively in curriculum development, departmental meetings, school events, and extracurricular activities.
- Integrate digital tools and contemporary teaching methodologies to enhance student engagement and ICT literacy.
- Possession of a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc), Bachelor of Arts (B.A.), Bachelor of Education (B.Ed), or Master's degree (M.Sc/M.A./M.Ed) in relevant disciplines.
- Minimum of 2 to 3 years of verifiable teaching experience in a reputable secondary school or advanced studies institution.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and classroom management skills.
- Strong passion for mentoring students and a firm commitment to holistic education and digital transformation.
