Key Responsibilities- Create engaging, structured, and purposeful English learning experiences tailored for primary school pupils.
- Develop students core literacy skills including reading, writing, speaking, listening, vocabulary, grammar, and comprehension.
- Implement effective classroom management strategies to maintain a positive and disciplined learning environment.
- Differentiate instruction to support pupils with diverse learning needs and abilities.
- Utilize educational technology effectively to enhance interactive and modern lesson delivery.
- Conduct regular pupil assessments, maintain accurate academic records, and communicate progress professionally with parents and guardians.
- Bachelor degree or equivalent qualification in English, Education, English Education, or a related field.
- Possession of a Postgraduate Diploma in Education (PGDE) or Teachers Registration Council of Nigeria (TRCN) certification is a strong advantage.
- Proven previous experience teaching English at the primary school level within Nigeria or an international curriculum setting.
- Strong working knowledge of primary English curricula, modern pedagogical methods, and child-centered learning approaches.
- Exceptional written and spoken English communication skills.
- Demonstrated creativity, patience, professionalism, and a genuine passion for child development and education.
