Key Responsibilities- Remotely monitor and control the fully automated dairy production line including pre-treatment, batching, pasteurization, UHT, and CIP via SCADA or DCS systems.
- Strictly execute product recipes and maintain precise process parameters such as temperature, pressure, flow rate, and fermentation curves to guarantee quality consistency.
- Identify system alarms promptly, perform emergency adjustments on the control panel, and collaborate with on-site floor teams to resolve technical issues.
- Operate automated Clean-in-Place systems to sanitize tanks and pipelines according to the highest industry hygiene standards for dairy products.
- Maintain accurate production logs and execute comprehensive shift handovers to ensure seamless operational continuity across all production cycles.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Food Science, Bioengineering, Automation, or a related technical discipline.
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant hands-on experience in fermentation, pre-treatment, or blending workshops within large-scale food, beverage, winery, or pharmaceutical sectors.
- Proficiency in computer operations with a strong familiarity with DCS, SCADA systems, or industrial automation control software.
- Deep understanding of dairy or brewing processing technologies and central control operations on automated lines.
- Must be between 25 and 30 years of age and willing to work flexible rotating shifts, including night shifts.
