Key Responsibilities- Prepare and cook food items according to established recipes, quality standards, and presentation guidelines.
- Maintain a clean, sanitary, and well-organized workstation adhering to strict health and safety regulations.
- Collaborate effectively with kitchen staff and front-of-house teams to ensure smooth and timely service.
- Manage inventory, monitor stock levels, and minimize food waste during daily operations.
- Handle kitchen equipment safely and perform routine maintenance checks as required.
- Proven professional experience working as a Line Cook or in a similar culinary role within the hospitality industry.
