Boch Systems Company Limited is seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Legal Officer (NYSC) to provide comprehensive legal support across the organisation and assist with legal documentation, research, and contracts. Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough legal research and provide actionable support on corporate legal matters.
  • Draft, review, and proofread various contracts, agreements, official letters, and legal documentation.
  • Assist senior team members with reviewing complex commercial and business agreements.
  • Maintain, manage, and organise confidential legal documents and corporate records.
  • Manage professional legal correspondence and documentation with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Support due diligence processes and execute other assigned legal assignments.
  • Identify potential legal risks and escalate matters requiring advanced legal attention.
Qualifications
  • Possess an LL.B degree from a recognised and accredited university.
  • Must have successfully completed Nigerian Law School and been called to the Nigerian Bar.
  • Must be a current, serving NYSC Corps Member actively seeking a primary place of assignment (PPA).
  • Demonstrate strong legal research, drafting, and analytical skills.
  • Possess excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Maintain high attention to detail and strict confidentiality regarding company matters.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and modern legal productivity tools.
