About the Role

We are looking for a dedicated and skilled Legal & Compliance Officer to provide comprehensive legal, commercial, and compliance support across our growing business operations and diverse client engagements.
Key Responsibilities- Provide end-to-end legal and contract support for commercial transactions and client engagements.
- Handle corporate governance matters and company secretarial duties in compliance with Nigerian laws.
- Ensure strict regulatory compliance across all business units and advisory projects.
- Identify potential legal and operational risks, offering proactive mitigation strategies and advisory services.
- Deliver essential business and management support to internal teams and executive leadership.
- Possess 4 to 7 years of relevant post-call legal experience.
- Background preferably within a corporate, commercial law firm, consulting, or professional services environment.
- Strong understanding of Nigerian corporate law, regulatory frameworks, and compliance standards.
- Excellent analytical, drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
