Key Responsibilities- Deliver engaging lectures, practical laboratory sessions, and seminars in Software Engineering and related computer science courses.
- Design, update, and evaluate curriculum content to align with current industry standards and global best practices.
- Mentor, advise, and guide undergraduate students on academic performance, career paths, and research projects.
- Conduct high-impact research, publish scholarly articles, and contribute to the academic reputation of the university.
- Supervise student final-year projects, internships, and practical software development assignments.
- Participate in departmental meetings, curriculum reviews, and university-wide academic committees.
- Possess a minimum of a Master's degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a closely related discipline from a recognized institution (a Ph.D. will be a distinct advantage).
- Demonstrate relevant teaching experience in a tertiary institution or significant practical experience in the software industry.
