We are currently seeking a passionate and qualified Lecturer in Radiography to join our esteemed faculty of health sciences.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and deliver engaging, high-quality lectures, practical sessions, and tutorials in Radiography and related medical imaging disciplines.
- Design comprehensive course outlines, curriculum materials, and innovative assessment tools aligned with accreditation standards.
- Mentor, advise, and supervise undergraduate students in their academic pursuits, clinical placements, and research projects.
- Conduct impactful research, publish scholarly articles in peer-reviewed journals, and contribute to the academic reputation of the university.
- Participate actively in departmental meetings, faculty committees, curriculum development, and university-wide community service initiatives.
- Collaborate with healthcare facilities and industry partners to ensure practical training reflects current medical technologies and clinical practices.
- Possess a Master of Science (M.Sc.) or Ph.D. degree in Radiography, Medical Imaging, or a closely related field from a recognized and accredited university.
- Current professional licensure and registration with the Radiographers Registration Board of Nigeria (RRBN).
- Demonstrated teaching experience at the tertiary education level with a strong portfolio of academic research and publications.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills capable of inspiring diverse student populations.
- Proficiency in modern educational technologies, digital learning platforms, and advanced diagnostic radiography equipment.
