Key Responsibilities- Deliver engaging lectures, seminars, and practical laboratory sessions in Human Physiology to undergraduate students.
- Develop, update, and review curriculum materials, course outlines, and teaching aids in alignment with modern educational standards.
- Design, administer, and grade examinations, quizzes, and assignments while providing constructive feedback to students.
- Mentor and advise students on academic progression, career pathways, and personal professional development.
- Conduct independent and collaborative academic research, publishing findings in reputable peer-reviewed journals.
- Participate actively in departmental meetings, university committees, and institutional accreditation processes.
- Possess a Ph.D. or Master's degree in Physiology or a closely related medical science discipline from a recognized and accredited university.
- Demonstrated prior experience in teaching and academic research at the tertiary education level.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills with a passion for student success.
- Ability to utilize modern educational technology and learning management systems effectively.
- Membership in relevant professional physiological or medical bodies will be an added advantage.
