Key Responsibilities

  • Design, administer, and grade examinations, quizzes, and assignments while providing constructive feedback to students.
  • Mentor and advise students on academic progression, career pathways, and personal professional development.
  • Conduct independent and collaborative academic research, publishing findings in reputable peer-reviewed journals.
  • Participate actively in departmental meetings, university committees, and institutional accreditation processes.
Qualifications
  • Possess a Ph.D. or Master's degree in Physiology or a closely related medical science discipline from a recognized and accredited university.
  • Demonstrated prior experience in teaching and academic research at the tertiary education level.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills with a passion for student success.
  • Ability to utilize modern educational technology and learning management systems effectively.
  • Membership in relevant professional physiological or medical bodies will be an added advantage.
