Key Responsibilities- Deliver engaging lectures, practical laboratory sessions, and seminars in Mechatronics Engineering and related disciplines.
- Develop and update course curricula in line with current industry standards and NUC guidelines.
- Supervise undergraduate research projects, dissertations, and industrial training attachments.
- Conduct impactful research and publish findings in reputable peer-reviewed journals.
- Participate in departmental meetings, curriculum development, and university committee activities.
- Provide academic advising, mentorship, and career guidance to students.
- Possess a Ph.D. or Master's degree in Mechatronics Engineering, Robotics, Automation, or a closely related field from a recognized institution.
- Demonstrated teaching experience at the tertiary level with a strong portfolio of academic research and publications.
- Professional registration with relevant engineering bodies such as COREN is a distinct advantage.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
