Key Responsibilities- Deliver engaging lectures, seminars, and practical workshops in various aspects of Theatre Arts at the undergraduate level.
- Design, update, and develop comprehensive course curricula aligned with national educational standards and university philosophy.
- Supervise undergraduate student projects, creative productions, and field research.
- Conduct impactful academic research and publish scholarly articles in reputable peer-reviewed journals.
- Participate actively in departmental, faculty, and university committee meetings as well as community service initiatives.
- Mentor and advise students on academic progress, career paths, and professional development in the creative arts industry.
- Must possess a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) degree in Theatre Arts, Dramatic Arts, or a closely related discipline from a recognized and accredited university.
- Demonstrated evidence of scholarly publications in peer-reviewed academic journals will be an added advantage.
