Key Responsibilities- Deliver engaging lectures, tutorials, and practical sessions for undergraduate nursing science students.
- Develop and update curriculum materials, course outlines, and innovative teaching strategies.
- Supervise undergraduate research projects, clinical placements, and student dissertations.
- Conduct high-quality academic research and publish findings in peer-reviewed national and international journals.
- Participate in department administration, student academic advising, and university committee assignments.
- Engage in community outreach programs and collaborative healthcare initiatives that benefit the local society.
- Must possess a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) degree in Nursing Science from a recognized and accredited university.
- Current practicing license and active registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Council of Nigeria (NMCN).
- Demonstrated record of academic publications in reputable peer-reviewed journals.
