Key Responsibilities- Deliver engaging lectures, tutorials, and practical laboratory sessions for National Diploma, Higher National Diploma, and undergraduate engineering students.
- Supervise student projects, research theses, and industrial training attachments.
- Design, update, and implement innovative curriculum content in Mechatronics Engineering.
- Conduct high-quality research, publish in peer-reviewed journals, and present papers at academic conferences.
- Participate in departmental, school, and college-wide committee meetings and administrative duties.
- Mentor students and provide academic advising to foster professional and personal growth.
- Doctorate degree in Mechatronics Engineering or a closely related discipline, along with three (3) conference/seminar papers and three (3) published journal articles.
- Alternatively, a Master’s degree in a relevant discipline with at least three (3) years of teaching, research, or relevant industrial experience, three (3) conference/seminar papers, and three (3) published journal articles.
- Serving Lecturer III candidates possessing a Master's degree with at least three (3) years of satisfactory service, two (2) conference/seminar papers, and two (2) published journal articles are also eligible.
