Key Responsibilities- Deliver engaging undergraduate lectures, seminars, and practical training in Mass Communication and related media courses.
- Develop and update course curricula in line with National Universities Commission (NUC) standards and industry trends.
- Supervise undergraduate research projects, student internships, and practical media productions.
- Conduct high-quality, peer-reviewed academic research and publish findings in reputable journals.
- Participate actively in departmental, faculty, and university committees, as well as community service initiatives.
- Mentor students academically and morally in alignment with the Christian core values of the institution.
- Must possess a PhD Degree in Mass Communication or a closely related discipline from a recognized and accredited university.
- At least two (2) years of cognate university teaching or research experience.
- Demonstrated evidence of scholarly potential, continuing research, and relevant academic publications.
- Proficiency in ICT-driven teaching methods and digital media tools.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and team-building skills.
- Current professional registration and valid practising licenses where applicable.
