Key Responsibilities- Deliver engaging undergraduate and postgraduate lectures in Food Science and Technology.
- Supervise undergraduate and postgraduate student research projects and academic dissertations.
- Conduct high-impact, peer-reviewed research and publish findings in reputable academic journals.
- Participate in curriculum development, departmental administration, and academic committee meetings.
- Mentor students and provide academic counseling to foster professional growth.
- Engage in community service and collaborative outreach initiatives that enhance societal well-being.
- A Ph.D. in Food Science, Food Technology, or a closely related discipline from a recognized university.
- Demonstrated evidence of scholarly publications in reputable national and international journals.
- Previous teaching or research experience at the tertiary education level is an added advantage.
