Key Responsibilities- Deliver engaging undergraduate and postgraduate lectures in Family Nutrition and Consumer Sciences.
- Develop and update course curricula in line with modern educational standards and industry needs.
- Conduct high-impact research, publish findings in reputable peer-reviewed journals, and secure research grants.
- Supervise undergraduate and postgraduate student projects, dissertations, and theses.
- Provide academic advising and mentorship to students to support their holistic development.
- Participate in departmental, faculty, and university-wide administrative duties and committees.
- Engage in community outreach programs and professional service relevant to family nutrition and consumer sciences.
- Possession of a relevant PhD degree in Family Nutrition, Consumer Sciences, or a closely related field from a recognized university.
- Demonstrated evidence of teaching competence, ongoing research, and scholarly publication potential.
- Mandatory professional registration with relevant and recognized professional bodies where applicable.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills for effective academic teamwork.
