Key Responsibilities- Deliver engaging lectures, tutorials, and practical sessions in Human Physiology to undergraduate medical and allied health students.
- Develop and update curriculum materials, course outlines, and assessment instruments in line with NUC guidelines.
- Conduct high-quality academic research and publish findings in reputable peer-reviewed journals.
- Provide academic advising, career mentorship, and pastoral support to students.
- Participate in departmental, faculty, and university committee meetings as well as community service initiatives.
- Maintain active clinical practice and professional development where applicable.
- Possess an MBBS or BDS as a first degree from a recognized institution.
- Hold a relevant postgraduate qualification appropriate for a Lecturer II position.
- Demonstrate teaching, research, clinical, and scholarly experience commensurate with the rank.
- Provide evidence of academic publications in reputable peer-reviewed journals.
- Hold active registration with the relevant professional regulatory body alongside a valid practising licence.
- Possess a strong capacity for teaching, research, mentorship, and academic service with verifiable credentials.
