The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering engaging lectures, conducting research, supervising students, and contributing to curriculum development in Computer Engineering.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver high-quality lectures and tutorials in Computer Engineering courses
- Conduct original research and publish findings in peer-reviewed journals
- Supervise undergraduate and postgraduate student projects
- Participate in curriculum development and academic program planning
- Contribute to departmental activities and institutional development
- Mentor junior academic staff and support student mentorship programs
- PhD degree in Computer Engineering or related discipline, OR
- Master's degree in appropriate discipline with three (3) years university teaching experience plus four (4) peer-reviewed journal publications, OR
- M.Eng. with minimum two (2) years as Assistant Lecturer plus professional registration
- Current or registrable Professional Registration with the Council for the Regulation of Engineering in Nigeria (COREN)
