The University of Benin (UNIBEN) is seeking a dynamic, dedicated, and academically driven professional to join our esteemed Department of Management Science as a Lecturer II in Business Administration. Key Responsibilities- Deliver engaging lectures, seminars, and tutorials in various undergraduate and postgraduate courses in Business Administration.
- Design, update, and evaluate course curricula in line with the National Universities Commission (NUC) standards and modern industry trends.
- Conduct high-impact, peer-reviewed research and publish findings in reputable local and international academic journals.
- Supervise undergraduate and graduate student research projects, dissertations, and theses.
- Provide academic advising, guidance, and mentorship to students to support their holistic development.
- Participate actively in departmental, faculty, and university committees, administrative duties, and community engagement initiatives.
- Possession of a First Degree with a minimum of a Second-Class Upper Division in Business Administration or a related discipline; or a Second-Class Lower Division with a PhD.
- Must hold a PhD or a Master's degree in Business Administration or a closely related field.
- Minimum of three (3) years of relevant teaching and research experience in a tertiary institution.
- A minimum of three (3) quality peer-reviewed publications in academic journals.
- Demonstrated proficiency in digital learning tools and modern pedagogical techniques.
