Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver engaging lectures, seminars, and tutorials in various undergraduate and postgraduate courses in Business Administration.
  • Design, update, and evaluate course curricula in line with the National Universities Commission (NUC) standards and modern industry trends.
  • Conduct high-impact, peer-reviewed research and publish findings in reputable local and international academic journals.
  • Supervise undergraduate and graduate student research projects, dissertations, and theses.
  • Provide academic advising, guidance, and mentorship to students to support their holistic development.
  • Participate actively in departmental, faculty, and university committees, administrative duties, and community engagement initiatives.

Qualifications
  • Possession of a First Degree with a minimum of a Second-Class Upper Division in Business Administration or a related discipline; or a Second-Class Lower Division with a PhD.
  • Must hold a PhD or a Master's degree in Business Administration or a closely related field.
  • Minimum of three (3) years of relevant teaching and research experience in a tertiary institution.
  • A minimum of three (3) quality peer-reviewed publications in academic journals.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in digital learning tools and modern pedagogical techniques.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
