About the Role
Mewar International University (MIU) Nigeria, established in 2021, is West Africa's premier institution bridging Indian academic excellence with Nigeria's industrial demands. We seek an accomplished Lecturer II in Biotechnology to deliver world-class education and conduct cutting-edge research.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver engaging lectures and seminars in biotechnology to undergraduate and postgraduate students
- Conduct and supervise innovative research in biotechnology disciplines
- Develop and update course curricula aligned with international standards
- Mentor and guide student research projects
- Contribute to departmental strategic initiatives and institutional growth
- Publish scholarly work in peer-reviewed journals
- Participate in academic committees and university governance
- Ph.D. in Biotechnology or closely related discipline, OR Master's Degree with minimum 3 scholarly journal publications
- Minimum 3 years teaching experience in an accredited tertiary institution
- Demonstrated expertise in biotechnology research and pedagogy
