Key Responsibilities- Deliver comprehensive lectures, practical lab sessions, and seminars in undergraduate and postgraduate software engineering courses.
- Supervise student research projects, dissertations, and industrial training placements.
- Design, update, and evaluate curriculum content to align with global industry standards and emerging tech trends.
- Conduct high-impact research, publish scholarly articles in peer-reviewed journals, and secure research grants.
- Provide academic advising and mentorship to students, supporting their holistic development.
- Participate in departmental meetings, university committees, and community engagement initiatives.
- Must possess a Ph.D. degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a closely related discipline from a reputable university.
- A minimum of three (3) years of post-qualification teaching and research experience in a tertiary institution.
- Demonstrated record of scholarly publications in reputable, peer-reviewed journals.
- Strong digital literacy, modern pedagogical skills, and proficiency in utilizing e-learning platforms.
- A strong bias and proven capability for cutting-edge academic and applied research.
