Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality lectures, tutorials, and practical sessions in Software Engineering and related courses

  • Conduct rigorous research and publish findings in reputable, peer-reviewed academic journals
  • Supervise undergraduate and postgraduate students' projects, theses, and dissertations
  • Mentor students and provide academic guidance to support their intellectual and professional growth

Qualifications
  • A PhD in Software Engineering or a closely related field
  • Minimum of three (3) years of post-PhD teaching, research, and industry experience
  • A strong record of scholarly publications in reputable, peer-reviewed journals
  • Evidence of completion of the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC), or a Certificate of Exemption/Exclusion where applicable
  • Demonstrated ability to supervise undergraduate and postgraduate students effectively
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong commitment to academic integrity and the values of clarity, capacity, and civility
