About the Role
KolaDaisi University (KDU), Ibadan, a prestigious private tertiary institution licensed by the National Universities Commission, is expanding its academic capacity. We are currently seeking a dynamic, dedicated, and academically rigorous professional to fill the position of Lecturer I in Nursing Science for the upcoming 2026/2027 Academic Session. Key Responsibilities- Deliver engaging undergraduate lectures, seminars, and practical training in Nursing Science.
- Supervise student research projects, clinical rotations, and academic progress.
- Conduct high-impact research and publish scholarly articles in recognized national and international peer-reviewed journals.
- Participate in curriculum development, departmental meetings, and academic committee assignments.
- Provide mentorship and academic guidance to students to foster personal and professional growth.
- Engage in university community service and professional development activities.
- Must possess a PhD Degree in Nursing Science or a directly relevant field.
- Minimum of three (3) years of post-doctoral teaching and research experience in a tertiary institution.
- A strong portfolio of scholarly publications in reputable national and international peer-reviewed journals.
- Demonstrated proficiency in ICT with the ability to utilize modern educational technology and e-learning platforms.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
