Key Responsibilities- Deliver engaging lectures, seminars, and practical training in Mass Communication courses at the undergraduate level.
- Conduct high-quality, continuous academic research resulting in relevant peer-reviewed publications.
- Supervise undergraduate student research projects, dissertations, and academic progress.
- Participate in curriculum development, departmental administration, and academic quality assurance processes.
- Contribute to community service initiatives and university-wide committees as assigned by the faculty leadership.
- Mentor students academically and morally in alignment with the Christian values of the institution.
- Must possess a PhD in Mass Communication or a closely related relevant discipline from a recognized university.
- Minimum of three (3) years of cognate university teaching and research experience.
- Demonstrated evidence of continuing research and relevant academic publications in reputable journals.
- Proven competence in teaching, curriculum delivery, and effective student supervision.
- Proficiency in ICT tools for modern teaching, e-learning platforms, and digital communication methods.
