Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality lectures and seminars in International Law to undergraduate and postgraduate students
  • Conduct rigorous legal research and contribute to scholarly publications in peer-reviewed journals
  • Supervise student research projects and dissertations
  • Participate in curriculum development and academic programme enhancement
  • Mentor students through moot courts, law clinics, and clinical legal education initiatives
  • Engage in professional service and contribute to university governance

Qualifications
  • PhD in Law, or LL.M with substantial progress toward PhD completion
  • Full membership of the Nigerian Bar
  • Evidence of scholarly publications and demonstrated teaching potential
  • Internationally indexed publications (preferred)
  • Research grants or funded projects experience (preferred)
  • Professional certifications in legal practice (preferred)
  • Curriculum development and clinical legal education experience (preferred)
  • Membership in recognized professional and scholarly associations (preferred)
  • Demonstrated expertise in interdisciplinary and technology-enabled legal scholarship (preferred)
