Key Responsibilities- Deliver engaging lectures, tutorials, and practical sessions to undergraduate medical students in Paediatrics.
- Supervise student research projects, clinical rotations, and provide robust academic mentorship.
- Conduct high-quality research and publish scholarly articles in reputable peer-reviewed journals.
- Participate in curriculum development, departmental meetings, and faculty committee assignments.
- Provide clinical services and contribute to patient care within the university's affiliated teaching hospital facilities.
- Engage in community service and uphold the core values and institutional standards of Margaret Lawrence University.
- Possession of an MBBS or BDS as a first degree from a recognized institution.
- Relevant postgraduate qualification appropriate for the Lecturer I rank.
- Demonstrated teaching, research, clinical, and scholarly experience commensurate with the position.
- Evidence of strong academic publications in reputable peer-reviewed journals.
- Current active registration with the relevant professional regulatory body alongside a valid practising licence.
- Proven capacity for effective teaching, academic mentorship, and institutional service.
